Appearance:
Cantarkan looks like a jester from the middle ages in actuality, but few people actually see that. Cantarkan, being the Demon of Illusion can appear however he wants to whomever he wants. To some people he can even be invisible to.

Powers:
Cantarkan physically is a weak demon, but he has the ability to take total control over what other people see and feel. Even with this ability he is probably the weakest demon in the Inner Circle.

Personality:
Cantarkan is not as much of a sadist as most of his associates, but still loves to wreak a little havoc here and there. He is very sarcastic and loves irony or anything else even remotely humorous, though he usually makes these things unpleasant for anyone but him. He also loathes vampires and cannot believe he was involved in hiring one.

Goals:
Aside from the goals of the Circles, Cantarkan wants to prove once and for all that he is one of the strongest demons in the universe (even if it's not true). He thinks the first step in doing this is killing the Slayer.
