Appearance -
Anyone who had seen him, and wasn't actually his target would describe him as a Man in Black, or at least a very pissed off looking Blues Brothers. From head to toe two words can explain him sleek and neat.
His red hair is cut very short (so short that if the barber would cut any closer it would have been a scalping) and his wears black plastic sunglasses. He isn't caught inside of Wolfram & Hart outside side of a black suit, and red tie, his button up though are often different colors. He also wears lead filled black gloves. Everything else from his pants to shoes is black.
Personality -
Quiet and fiercely loyal to his employers. Dee takes his job very seriously, and for some reason makes his kills as quick and merciful as possible. He also has a soft spot for kitten, puppies, and babies.
Ability -
He has the ability to turn anything into a weapon, but prefers a silenced gun. He is stealthy, precise, and can leave a building with hardly a trace.
History -
A henchman with a history of violence that began while he was attending UCLA. He was a criminal law major who had taken a work-study job as a janitor. While cleaning a faculty building, Dee surprised a professor who was trying to dispose of a young co-ed's body. Now being a young man with zero money, and a billion bills to pay Dee valued a quick buck over being a campus hero. So a deal was struck, and Dee became a henchman for Dr. Krychek.
Dee’s relationship was ended nine months later, after he chooses saving his own life, over the doctor’s after the experiment’s specimens went haywire. Shortly after that Wolfram & Hart recruited him as a Public Relations Agent. He now specializes in bribery and extortion, and murder if his targets won't listen to reason.
